Everyone feels anxious sometimes. Anxiety becomes more concerning when fear or worry is intense, difficult to control, persistent and disrupts daily life.

कहिलेकाहीँ सबैलाई चिन्ता हुन्छ। तर डर वा चिन्ता धेरै, नियन्त्रण गर्न गाह्रो, लामो समय रहने र दैनिक जीवनमा असर गर्ने भए थप सहयोग उपयोगी हुन्छ।

About / परिचय

Anxiety can involve restlessness, difficulty concentrating, irritability, stomach discomfort, a racing heartbeat, sweating, trembling or sleep problems. Symptoms can start during childhood or adolescence as well as adulthood.

बेचैनी, ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्न गाह्रो, चिडचिडापन, पेट असहज, मुटुको धड्कन तेज, पसिना, काँप्ने वा निद्रा समस्या हुन सक्छ। यस्ता समस्या बाल्यकाल/किशोरावस्थादेखि वा वयस्क अवस्थामा सुरु हुन सक्छन्।

Helpful steps / उपयोगी कदम

Regular sleep and meals, physical activity, relaxation skills, reducing alcohol or other harmful coping, and talking with a trusted person can help. Evidence-based talking therapies can be effective.

नियमित निद्रा र खाना, शारीरिक गतिविधि, relaxation skills र विश्वासिलो व्यक्तिसँग कुरा गर्नु सहयोगी हुन सक्छ। प्रमाणमा आधारित talk therapy प्रभावकारी हुन सक्छ।

When to seek professional help / कहिले विशेषज्ञ सहायता लिने

Seek professional support when anxiety is persistent, difficult to manage, or interferes with school/work, relationships or normal activities.
